Dr. Scott Blyer, widely known as DrBfixin, is a Triple Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Cosmetic Surgeon who has been dedicated exclusively to aesthetic surgery in New York since 2006. A leader in the field, he serves as President of the New York State Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and holds key roles with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS) as a Trustee and current Secretary.

Dr. Blyer is a recognized authority on Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) safety, serving as Chair of the BBL Safety Committee, faculty member for the ABCS BBL safety courses, and Co-Chair of the Fellowship & Board Review Committee. He is also an ABCS Board Examiner and a member of the Written Exam Committee, contributing to the advancement of cosmetic surgery standards nationwide.

As the Fellowship Director at the JACHO-certified CAMEO Surgery Center, Dr. Blyer leads one of the most esteemed cosmetic surgery training programs. He is among the select few WAGS-certified BBL Ultrasound Masters globally and directs the only WAGS-certified teaching center for BBL training in the Northeast.

A renowned educator and speaker, Dr. Blyer has lectured internationally and authored numerous textbook chapters, peer-reviewed journal articles, and his own book, The BBL Bible. His commitment to social impact is evident in his philanthropic efforts, which include free tattoo removal for victims of human trafficking, reconstructive surgery for survivors of domestic violence, and pro bono procedures for individuals affected by bullying due to physical deformities.
