Dr. William E. Shuell

About The Practice

Dr. Shuell is a highly experienced and well-respected surgeon, with over 33 years’ experience as a gynecologic surgeon and 18 years as a cosmetic plastic surgeon. He is Certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in the Specialty of Breast, Body and Extremities; he is also Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology for the practice of surgery of the female reproductive system. One of only a few American surgeons Board Certified in both gynecologic and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Shuell uses his knowledge and experience obtained in his previous Obstetrics & Gynecology practice to augment his understanding of the processes that act upon the female body–especially as related to pregnancy–so as to be able to better visualize the corrections necessary to the improvement of the woman’s body as she moves within and beyond her reproductive years. Dr. Shuell’s dual specialties have been complementary and intertwined throughout his career.
